This month's challenge at Scrap-it-Lah is to scrap about "Thing/s that you can't do without".
.
I actually spent AGES thinking about what I was going to scrap for this challenge. Mainly because the heading of SiL's blog post said 'Things you can't live without" so I had been focusing on that. To be honest even though I love my family to pieces and it would be absolutely horrible if I lost any one of them, life would still have to go on and I guess you'd find the strength to keep going somehow. (I am sure you all know what I mean.) The only thing I definitely couldn't live without would be my faith, and that isn't something I want to scrap about on here. This morning I decided to have another look at what the DT had done (you can see them here). And I saw the wording of the challenge was slightly different to the title of the blog post heheee ... so I decided to take a light hearted look at the challenge and scrap about my addiction to chocolate! hahaa
.
So here's my take.
I inked the edges of the white cardstock with Marigold Distress Ink as well. Oh and the patterned paper is from Studio Calico :-)
.
Thanks for visiting.

Great take on the challenge Rachel - thanks for playing along with Scrap-it-Lah! Love your SC paper & the dark bling - and all the different alphas you have used!
Hee hee... That should be what my take would be. I am addicted to chocs too. I seem to need them every day. Love the mismatch of alphas and the blings. Thanks for playing at SIL. :)
great take on the challenge, I have to say I love almond but can take or leave peppermint. Love how you have used up old supplies.
Well, I think it's a pretty choice between the kids and the chocolate sometimes - temporarily! Go you on using those crystal swirls! Shows just how special Choccy is to you!heehee
LOL, your post made me laugh. I don´t know, but I think I´d pick chocolates as well. Love the colours on your lo and the different alphas look great. I got inspired to use more of my old stash. Thanks.
Ooo.. I would gladly live on chocolates if i could.. hehee. Beautiful take, Rachel.
Thanks for playing along with SIL!
